I had the most amazing Indian food twice this week from a little place in the 10th arrondissemont called “New Madras”. It was spicy, one of my favorite sensations, and so fresh, like the chick peas were grown, plucked, dried and stewed within the same day. If they could bottle the freshness of this plate of ethnic delights… wait, they kind of did. It was Indian take-out that sparkled.
